Reviews and Ratings
I had such an amazing stay at this private resort, which offered a bit of a challenge in terms of access due to its remoteness. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout the entire experience, making our stay feel extra special. However, the limited lunch and dinner options were a drawback, and the transportation costs could be a concern for future guests.
I had a mixed experience at the resort. The room was beautifully decorated and spacious, which I loved, but there were significant issues with the electricity and water that really affected our stay. While some aspects, like the beach access and welcoming staff, were great, the lack of basic amenities and the communication about the power outage really took away from what could have been a perfect vacation.
I stumbled upon this resort during a last-minute trip, and it turned out to be a hidden gem! The treehouse experience was incredible, providing a serene and private atmosphere surrounded by nature. The beach was calm and beautiful, perfect for relaxing. However, some amenities in the room could use attention, as I faced a few maintenance issues during my stay.
I had a magnificent stay at Club Serena, where I felt secure, comfortable, and pampered. The location by the beach was perfect, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my experience was enjoyable. Although the rooms varied in size and price, I found them to be beautifully decorated and spacious for the value. The restaurant offered delicious meals, but it would have been great to have more variety in the dining options. Overall, it was an extraordinary vacation, highlighted by the lovely beach and amazing staff.
I had a wonderful stay at this resort, enjoying the clean and spacious accommodations, and the comfortable atmosphere was simply delightful. The food was amazing, and the staff truly went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic visit. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi situation was quite lacking, which was a bit frustrating for someone needing to stay connected. Overall, it was a great experience, but the internet connectivity is an area that definitely needs improvement.
